What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager within our Power & Energy Project Delivery team, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of complex projects from development through to construction and close‑out.

You will lead all aspects of project delivery, ensuring commercial performance, technical quality, and client outcomes are achieved.

You will:

• Take full ownership of project delivery across renewable, transmission, substations, and network upgrade projects
• Lead and manage design delivery across all phases, including detailed design development, reviews, and approval of IFC deliverables
• Act as the primary interface between client, designer, and contractor, including active coordination with D&C/EPC contractors during delivery and construction phases
• Manage contracts, variations, risk, and overall commercial performance
• Own project financials including forecasting, invoicing, and margin performance
• Establish and enforce project controls, reporting, and governance frameworks
• Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
• Lead proposal development and contribute to winning strategic opportunities
• Mentor and develop junior PMs and project team members
• Contribute to the ongoing uplift of project delivery capability across the business

About You

• You’ll bring a passion for great delivery along with:
• A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering transmission and distribution projects
• Strong understanding of full project lifecycle accountability from planning to close‑out
• Experience managing design contracts, risk, and multidisciplinary interfaces
• Demonstrated experience managing detailed design delivery, including review of design outputs and stage gate governance
• Proven experience interfacing with D&C or EPC contractors, including coordination across design and construction phases
• Demonstrated commercial acumen, including contract and financial management
• Strong stakeholder and client management capability
• Experience leading multidisciplinary or geographically distributed teams (desirable) (highly regarded)
