About the Role

We're seeking a commercially driven Ecosystem & Cloud Strategic Alliance Manager to build and accelerate strategic relationships across cloud providers, hyperscalers, technology partners, GSIs, and the broader digital ecosystem.

This is not a traditional alliance management role. We're looking for someone with a true hunter mindset who thrives on creating opportunities, building executive relationships, navigating ambiguity, and generating new business through strategic partnerships.

You'll sit at the centre of AI, cloud, data centres, and digital infrastructure ecosystem, helping shape strategic partnerships that power the next generation of digital services.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for developing a high-performing alliance ecosystem that drives sustainable growth and market expansion.

• Build and strengthen executive relationships with hyperscalers, cloud providers, GSIs, and strategic technology partners to create long-term business value
• Develop and execute joint business plans, go-to-market initiatives, and co-sell strategies that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth
• Identify and progress alliance-sourced opportunities, including new logo acquisition, enterprise transformation initiatives, and strategic ecosystem pursuits
• Lead cloud marketplace and co-sell motions, coordinating account mapping, pipeline development, and partner engagement plans
• Work across Schneider Electric sales teams and partners to connect opportunities, simplify collaboration, and maximise ecosystem impact
• Establish governance, quarterly business reviews, and performance frameworks that ensure strategic alignment and measurable outcomes

About You

You're a commercially savvy business development professional who knows how to create opportunities through strategic partnerships and influence stakeholders across complex environments.

• 5-7+ years' experience in alliance management, ecosystem development, business development, strategic partnerships, or channel sales
• Proven success creating pipeline, opening new accounts, and driving growth through technology or cloud partner ecosystems
• Sound understanding of cloud providers, AI trends, hyperscaler environments, and the broader digital infrastructure landscape
• Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders
• Great commercial acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
