We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse operations. This role focuses on inventory management, stock control, inbound and outbound coordination, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse.

You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating warehouse activities, and supporting operational processes to ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and has strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately and efficiently;

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including inventory movement, stock replenishment, and order processing;

• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory transactions, stock monitoring, and data maintenance;

• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy;

• Monitor inventory levels and support stock allocation and replenishment activities;

• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation;

• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and transport teams to ensure smooth operational flow;

• Assist in maintaining warehouse layout, storage locations, and stock organization;

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment in accordance with company standards and safety procedures;

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and operational performance.

• Strong teamwork skills and a responsible, detail-oriented work ethic;

• Mandarin Chinese language skills are highly preferred.;

• Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn and grow;

• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;

• Forklift licence is highly regarded;

• A minimum of 6–12 months warehouse or logistics experience is required for this role;
