Pack your bags and get ready to leave your mark in Singapore. We're scaling our athlete program at volume across North America, and we need a single commercial owner to run it from our Singapore HQ.

This is a relocation role. You'll be based on-site at our office in Singapore, working directly alongside our Global Director of Marketing, leading a Singapore-based pod that services the North American market. We'll cover your visa and relocation to get you there.

This is a commercial leadership role with a talent surface. You own the deal, the contract, the campaign, and the number that comes out the other end.

About the Role:

Our athlete program is growing fast across the US and Canada, and the current model needs one person who can lead the team, close deals at pace, and prove the commercial return of every dollar invested, across every channel it touches.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach and performance-manage a team of 3 Athlete Executives (Singapore-based)

  • Set signing and activation targets; run weekly pipeline and performance cadence

  • Build the operating rhythm for a Singapore team to effectively service North America, including deliberate management of timezone overlap

• Deal Negotiation & Contracting

  • Own end-to-end negotiation of athlete sponsorship agreements — commercial terms, deliverables, exclusivity, usage rights, term and renewal

  • Structure deals that are commercially defensible: rate benchmarked against reach, output and expected uplift — not ego

  • Manage contract execution through to signature with Legal, and maintain compliance across the roster

• Campaign Execution

  • Lead athlete performance marketing campaigns end to end — brief, content output, posting cadence, activation windows and retail tie-ins

  • Sync athlete output with the wider marketing calendar (retail launches, NPD drops, key trading moments)

  • Hold the roster accountable to contracted deliverables and content quality

• Commercial Analysis & Reporting

  • Measure and report impression uplift from the athlete program, connected to commercial outcomes

  • Quantify channel-level impact across Amazon (rank, traffic, conversion), DTC/e-commerce (sessions, new customer acquisition, revenue), B2B/wholesale (sell-through, door-level performance) and Food, Drug & Mass (velocity, distribution)

  • Own the ROI narrative for athlete investment and present it to leadership with a defensible model behind it

About you:

• Willingness and ability to relocate to Singapore. This is a genuine on-site requirement, not a hybrid or remote option

• Demonstrable commercial negotiation experience - you've personally closed and signed talent, sponsorship or partnership deals

• Numerate and analytical - comfortable building and defending a model, fluent in CPM and ROAS

• Proven people leadership - you've managed and developed a small team, not just projects

• A strong relationship builder, charismatic and credible with athletes, agents and internal stakeholders alike

• A fast learner and self-directed problem solver who operates with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment

• The work ethic and determination for a high-output role in a high-output team
