About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our Operations team supporting the Le Fevre Project in South Australia. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring efficient day-to-day site operations, accurate record keeping, workforce logistics coordination, and compliance with project processes and procedures.

This is a site-based role and an excellent opportunity to join a major infrastructure project with a respected international contractor.

Key responsibilities

• In conjunction with the relevant management team member, assist recruitment of Project personnel
• Assist with the on-boarding process of Project personnel, including arranging medicals and organising completion of the necessary paperwork
• Arrange mobilization of Project personnel including organizing travel and accommodation
• Ensures all mobilization and on-boarding documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately and ensure all documents are signed
• Provide administrative assistance to the project team
• Complete and maintain travel and accommodation register for all Project personnel
• Stock control and ordering of office supplies and incidentals
• Completion of weekly payroll, ensuring it is checked and approved by Project management

About you

• Minimum three years' experience in a project administration, site administration or similar role
• Previous experience supporting construction, infrastructure, pipeline, mining or FIFO project environments
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse project teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving capability and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
• Commitment to safety, quality and compliance in all aspects of work.
