About the Role:
As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for registering all new, demo, and pre-owned vehicles in compliance with Queensland Department of Transport regulations. You will also handle the costing and processing of deals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register new, demonstrator, and pre-owned vehicles in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Manage registration renewals, plates, and vehicle acquisitions as needed.

• Maintain TRAILS filing and mailing systems.

• Conduct compliance checks on all registration paperwork.

• Collaborate with the Sales Team to meet vehicle delivery schedules and registration deadlines.

• Process and reconcile deals efficiently for end-of-month reporting.

• Complete sign-off check sheets to verify deal documentation accuracy.

• Verify legal ownership and ensure all purchase documentation is correct before vehicle acquisition.

• Conduct PPSR checks on incoming vehicles and prepare cheque requisitions with appropriate approvals.

• Reconcile vehicle schedules and perform ad hoc administrative duties as required.

• Provide backup support for stock control, deal costing, and document management when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of Queensland and NSW vehicle registration processes.

• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and management teams.

• Experience with vehicle deal documentation and legal requirements is advantageous.

• Proficiency with filing, scanning, and administrative tasks.
