Who do we need?

We are seeking a confident and well-organised Sales Administration Clerk to join our team.

This role suits someone with strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in administration is essential, and exposure to vehicle registration or the automotive industry will be highly regarded.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience to be considered for this position.

What will you be doing?

• Process registrations for new and used vehicles with relevant state authorities

• Maintain accurate vehicle records within the Dealer Management System (DMS)

• Prepare and reconcile transaction reports

• Complete registration documentation and process payments

• Ensure compliance with transport and regulatory requirements

• Manage data entry, email enquiries, and general administrative tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, dealer management systems, and accounting software is required for effective data entry and administration tasks

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing

• Provide support with additional administrative duties as required
