We’re expanding our newest customer acquisition division and looking for confident, energetic people who want to develop valuable communication skills, earn strong performance-based income and grow within an ambitious team.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, daily coaching and ongoing support, you bring the attitude, reliability and willingness to improve.

The opportunity

You’ll represent one of Australia’s leading not-for-profit organisations through face-to-face community engagement and fundraising campaigns across Sydney.

This is an active, field-based position, not a desk-based customer service or call-centre role. You’ll meet new people every day, create positive customer experiences and inspire suitable members of the public to become ongoing supporters of an important cause.

Each morning begins from our Surry Hills office before the team travels together to different campaign locations across Sydney.

What you’ll receive

• $38–$47 per hour, depending on experience and progression

• Uncapped weekly performance bonuses

• Representing an established Australian not-for-profit organisation

• Engaging members of the public through face-to-face conversations

• Creating positive and memorable customer experiences

• Communicating the organisation’s work clearly and professionally

• Inspiring suitable people to become ongoing supporters

• Working toward individual and team campaign targets

• Participating in daily training and development sessions

• Contributing energy, ideas and encouragement to the wider team

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, call centres, sport, fitness or another people-focused environment is valuable...but attitude, communication and work ethic matter most.
