As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to become a key member of our close-knit office team.

About the Role

This is a varied position that combines accounts, payroll, administration and operational support. You'll work closely with our management team to help keep the business running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accounts Payable

• Accounts Receivable

• Payroll processing

• Bank reconciliations

• General bookkeeping

• Stock ordering and inventory management

• Compliance and record management

• General administration and office support

• Assisting with a variety of business and operational tasks as required

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Previous bookkeeping and payroll experience (essential)

• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks experience highly regarded)

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• The ability to work independently while also being a team player

• A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
