Automotive 4wd parts accessories warehouse & customer service all rounder

About the role

As a eCommerce Warehouse All-Rounder – 4WD Parts & Product Handler at AOB4x4 (Air On Board), you will be responsible for providing exceptional attention to detail to daily eCommerce and Trade orders as well as customer service and sales support for a wide range of 4WD automotive accessories, parts and products. This is a full-time role based in Research, Victoria 3095.

A fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team selling niche 4x4 automotive products to retail and wholesale customers across Australia, US & UK.

Key responsibilities

• Fast-paced eCommerce pick, kitting & packing (80% of the role)

• Invoicing, inventory control & customer service (20% of the role)

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, both in-person, via email and over the phone

• Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries and orders efficiently

• Maintain detailed product knowledge to make informed recommendations and provide solutions to customer needs

• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment and product handling

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

• Ensure a clean, safe and well-organised retail space

• Assist in all areas of the business including basic manufacturing, product kitting assembly, pick, pack and dispatch

About you

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, warehouse invoicing, shipping an advantage.

• Automotive or 4WD accessories industry knowledge may be helpful.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

• Some basic Automotive product knowledge and the ability to learn about new products quickly

• Proactive, adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• A high level of Computer competency including MS Office and Ecommerce (Neto experience a Bonus)

• Australian work rights are required for this position

• Excellent communication, computer and email skills are essential

• Previous experience or willingness to learn ecommerce, Ebay, Amazon marketplace customer service.
