About this Role

• Set up and maintain the customer and supplier database.

• Accurate and timely data entry of financial information.

• Processing invoices, purchase orders and receipts.

• Coordinate and manage EFT payments.

• Resolving supplier and customer queries in a timely manner.

• Supporting the Finance team with any ad hoc duties as required. 

• Full-time role.

Skills/Experience

• 1 year experience required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to confidently and professionally engage with suppliers and colleagues.

• Strong attention to detail, capable of juggling priorities with excellent time management skills.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite, Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

• SAP experience preferred but not essential.

• Accounting Qualification is essential.
