Accounts Assistant

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance & Commercial Manager, you will provide accounting and administrative support across the business, helping to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general support across accounting and finance functions
• Process supplier and customer invoices within operational and accounting systems
• Perform purchase order matching and reconciliations
• Support warranty processing activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist the Finance & Commercial Manager with ad hoc tasks
• Support the wider Finance team to ensure efficient financial operations

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an accounts, finance administration or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• A willingness to learn and develop within a finance environment
• Accounting qualifications or studies (desirable)
