The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Concreters, Steel Fixers and Formworkers to join our growing civil construction team in Townsville.

Working on major infrastructure projects, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality concrete structures while contributing to a safe, productive and collaborative site environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Australia's most respected contractors and build a long-term career working on diverse civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out concreting, formwork and steel fixing activitiesFollow project drawings, specifications and site instructionsWork closely with Leading Hands and Foremen to deliver project outcomesMaintain high standards of workmanship and productivityAdhere to all safety, quality and environmental requirementsContribute to a positive and team-focused site culture

About You

We're looking for people who have:

Experience in concreting, formwork and/or steel fixingMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar roleA current Construction White CardThe ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a teamA strong commitment to workplace safetyAttention to detail and pride in delivering quality work

Highly Regarded

Previous civil construction experienceCurrent driver's licenceAbility to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
