FIFO/DIDO: Concreters/ Steel Fixers/ Formworkers/ Operators

With a strong pipeline of upcoming works and continued national growth, we are seeking experienced Concreters, Steel Fixers, Formworkers and Operation to join our team across multiple sites across Australia.

The Opportunity

This role offers real flexibility - with FIFO/DIDO arrangements available and rosters built around a 14:7 pattern, you get proper time off to actually enjoy, whether that's home, travel, or family. No relocation required - we welcome applicants from anywhere in Australia.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Concreters – bring your skills to all aspects of concrete placement, finishing, and detailing

• Formworkers – take the lead on formwork for concrete structures including walls, columns, and suspended slabs

• Steelfixers – handle steel fixing and job set out with precision

• Operators – operate and position plant and attachments, moving and shaping the site as you excavate, move, and spread materials, all while keeping safety and efficiency front of mind

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who takes pride in safety, and holds the following:

All roles:

• Experience working on a mine site (highly regarded)

• Strong dedication to maintaining and advocating for a safe work environment in all tasks and operations

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and national police check

• Valid Driver's Licence (HR Licence preferred)

• Construction White Card – or ability to obtain prior to start

Concreters, Formworkers & Steelfixers:

• High level of physical fitness to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces

Operators (Excavator, Skid Steer, Tilt Tray, Franna Crane):

• High Risk Licence relevant to the equipment being operated (e.g. Franna Crane requires a valid CN/C2 High Risk Licence)
