We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Senior Consultant - Information Governance to join our growing consulting team. This is an opportunity to work with enterprise customers, lead strategic governance initiatives, and design innovative Microsoft Purview solutions that help organisations manage, protect, and maximise the value of their information assets. 

What you'll be doing 

As a Senior Consultant, you'll lead customer engagements, provide trusted advisory services, and deliver governance and compliance solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. Senior Consultants at Rapid Circle combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting capability, helping customers achieve business outcomes while mentoring others and contributing to our continued growth.  

Information Governance Consulting 

• Lead customer engagements focused on information governance, compliance, records management, and information protection. 

• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, governance assessments, and strategic advisory engagements. 

• Develop governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models. 

• Advise organisations on regulatory obligations, risk management, and information lifecycle practices. 

• Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders at all levels. 

Microsoft Purview Delivery 

Design and implement solutions across the Microsoft Purview portfolio, including: 

• Information Protection 

• Sensitivity Labels 

• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) 

• Records Management 

• Retention and Lifecycle Management 

• eDiscovery 

• Audit 

• Insider Risk Management 

• Communication Compliance 

• Compliance Management 

• Data Governance 

Architecture & Solution Design 

• Translate business, risk, and regulatory requirements into scalable Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Purview solutions. 

• Support enterprise information architecture and data governance initiatives. 

• Enable secure and compliant adoption of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging AI technologies. 

• Provide strategic guidance on governance, compliance, and information management best practices. 

Consulting & Leadership 

• Lead and contribute to customer engagements from discovery through delivery. 

• Collaborate with customers, project teams, architects, and business stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. 

• Mentor consultants and share your expertise across the team. 

• Contribute to thought leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.  

What we're looking for 

Essential experience 

You may be a great fit if you have: 

• 5+ years' experience in consulting or industry roles. 

• Strong Information Architecture experience. 

• Strong Information Management experience. 

• Strong Information Protection experience. 

• Demonstrated Microsoft Purview delivery experience across multiple workloads. 

• Experience developing governance frameworks and compliance strategies. 

• Experience leading enterprise-scale customer engagements. 

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and consulting skills. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
