Guest Service Agent - Reception

Townsville's multi award winning 106 room Grand Hotel and Apartments Townsville is looking to recruit a customer service superstar to join our front desk/ guest service team in a casual Guest Service Agent/Hotel Receptionist Role. 

We pride ourselves on delivering good old fashioned genuine service, does this sound like you?

Great communication skills, positive attitude, flair for service, high drive for results, integrity and  honesty a must. Ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their hotel specific or administrative experience. 
The successful applicant will be available to work on a 7 day a week rotating roster and will include morning and evening shifts, estimate approx. 20 - 30 hours per week. Role overview:

• Guest Interaction
• Working in a small team environment
• Check in and Check out of guests
• Reservations activity
• Payment processing
• Day shifts approximately 6am - 230pm
• Afternoon Shifts approximately 2pm - 1030pm
• Midweek and weekend availability required
