Verra are excited to be partnering with a growing builder delivering high-end multi-resi and mixed-use developments across the South-East of Melbourne.

They have experienced a sustained period of organic growth and have recently been awarded a good number of apartment and mixed-use builds up to $30mil.

Along with this, they have capacity for a robust Site Manager to join their growing team and lead these key developments.

This role will suit someone who likes to sit at the coal face and be close to the detail, without unnecessary layers of bureaucracy. Especially someone who takes pride in delivering quality-led and design-driven work.

You will foster positive relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, manage your trades on site, drive the program, ensure zero-harm across your projects and most importantly, have fun while you're doing it.

Experience across full-lifecycle is needed, although General Foreman who have exceptional experience with finishes, facades and services will also be considered. Leading / delivering multi-resi projects up to $20mil-$30mil is key for this position.

With a pipeline of work cemented throughout the inner South-East / Mornington Peninsula, this role will suit someone who may be over the city commute or heading over the notorious West-Gate bridge.
