About you

Our ideal clinician is someone who:

Genuinely enjoys connecting with patients and building long-term relationships

Takes ownership of their appointment book and patient retention

Is proactive about treatment planning, follow-up and practice growth

Is motivated by goals and enjoys achieving strong results

Contributes positively to team culture and supports those around them

Has a cheerful, honest, genuine and friendly personality

Communicates clearly and helps patients feel comfortable and confident

Works well with patients of all ages.

Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team

Is proficient across most aspects of general dentistry, or willing to grow!

Has at least 1–2 years of Australian private-practice experience

Holds current AHPRA registration and appropriate professional insurances
