About you

Our ideal clinician is someone who:

• Genuinely enjoys connecting with patients and building long-term relationships

• Takes ownership of their appointment book and patient retention

• Is proactive about treatment planning, follow-up and practice growth

• Is motivated by goals and enjoys achieving strong results

• Contributes positively to team culture and supports those around them

• Has a cheerful, honest, genuine and friendly personality

• Communicates clearly and helps patients feel comfortable and confident

• Works well with patients of all ages.

• Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team

• Is proficient across most aspects of general dentistry, or willing to grow!

• Has at least 1–2 years of Australian private-practice experience

• Holds current AHPRA registration and appropriate professional insurances
