This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting Juniper's international workforce strategy. Working closely with internal stakeholders, migration partners, and employees, you will coordinate sponsorship and visa administration, monitor compliance requirements, support workforce mobilisation activities, and help deliver a positive employee experience from onboarding through to settlement.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and has a strong eye for detail and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate employee sponsorship and visa processes.
• Maintain sponsorship, visa and compliance records.
• Monitor visa expiries, work rights and sponsorship obligations.
• Support onboarding, relocation, travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Provide support to employees, managers and migration partners.
• Maintain accurate workforce mobility and compliance documentation.
• Assist with reporting, payroll deductions, invoicing and cost tracking.
• Support employee engagement and culturally inclusive practices.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Escalate compliance risks and ensure legislative and policy compliance.
• Assist with development and improvement of sponsorship processes and documentation

About you:

• Previous experience in administration, HR, recruitment, workforce planning, migration support, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when managing records and compliance requirements.
• Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with confidential information and maintaining data integrity.
• Strong Microsoft Office and systems administration skills.
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering positive employee experiences.

Desirable:

• Experience supporting employee sponsorship, migration, workforce mobility, or relocation programs.
• Understanding of visa processes and sponsorship compliance requirements.
• Experience working within healthcare, aged care, community services, or a large multi-site organisation.

• Salary of $85,284 per annum
