The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to drive event bookings and build strong connections between Levantine Hill, the local community, and the broader hospitality network. This role focuses on generating and converting event opportunities, developing partnerships with local businesses, and creating engaging event experiences that strengthen Levantine Hill’s identity as a destination venue.

You’ll be the face of our events and premium guest offering - out in the community building connections, while also ensuring every booking, from large-scale events to high-value reservations, is delivered seamlessly. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Operational Execution: Manage events from initial planning stages through to the final, high-touch execution on the day; 

• Client Engagement: Conduct professional site inspections and host open days, showcasing the property to potential clients with confidence and warmth, including optimisation of bookings, table allocation, and guest flow;

• Venue Stewardship: Maintain the highest standards of venue presentation. You will be instrumental in ensuring our service delivery is contemporary, sharp, and truly memorable.

• Hosting venue inspections, client meetings, and VIP guest interactions;

• Fostering Community: Oversee reservations, developing relationships with local businesses, suppliers, and community groups; 

• Work closely with operations and marketing to promote events, drive bookings, and elevate guest experience;

• Monitor enquiry conversion, reservation trends, VIP engagement, and identifying growth opportunities.
