About you:

To be successful in this role you will be a motivated self starter, organised and have great energy!

The successful candidate will need to have a current driver’s licence and your own car with a current agent's representative certificate – previous real estate knowledge and/or administrative experience is highly desirable. 

 Responsibilities of the role include (not limited to):

• Attending Open For Inspections & Private Inspections.

• Assisting with phone & email inquiries.

• Conducting Buyer Follow Up via telephone and email.

• Writing follow-up reports to vendors.

• Preparing property reports.

• Database management.

• Vendor & purchaser liaison.

• Contract preparation & solicitor liaison.

• Processing new listings and advertising schedules.

• Scheduling appointments.

• Assisting with marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate and meet with third party trades to get homes on market and at the final settlement stage.

• Prepare and process sales files and assist with ongoing sales file requirements.

• Proof all marketing and launch properties online.
