ASSISTANT USED CAR SALES MANAGER

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Used Car Manager to support our dealership in buying and selling pre-owned vehicles. This role requires a strong focus on sales, inventory management and customer service to drive profitability and enhance the customer experience.

Working alongside the Sales Manager on the showroom floor, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their sales career.

• Assist the Used Car Manager in overseeing the buying and selling of used vehicles.

• Evaluate trade-ins and purchase vehicles from private sellers.

• Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing and market trends.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service.

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets and strategies.

• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock and turnover rates.

• Assist in preparing vehicles for sale, including pricing and advertising.

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues related to vehicle sales and purchases.

• Maintain compliance with dealership policies and legal regulations.

• Weekend work is required as part of this role.
