Seeking a Finance Manager – Trust & General Accounts!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily trust and general account transactions in line with legislative requirements.

• Process receipting, payments, disbursements and reconciliations accurately and on time.

• Prepare monthly trust account audits and reporting for management and external auditors.

• Monitoring invoice payments, and ensuring landlord and creditor funds are disbursed correctly.

• Manage payroll, superannuation, and staff reimbursements within required timeframes.

• Generate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision making.

• Ensure compliance with all trust accounting regulations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Provide support and guidance to the team on financial processes and account queries.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in trust and general accounts management is essential
