Midland City MG, GWM & Geely are looking for motivated, customer-focused and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional or an ambitious salesperson looking to build a rewarding and successful career in the automotive industry.

Representing three exciting and rapidly growing brands — MG, GWM and Geely — you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of vehicles while helping customers find the right car to suit their lifestyle, needs and budget.

You don't need years of automotive sales experience — we can teach you the product knowledge and sales process.

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience from the moment a customer walks through the door through to the delivery of their new vehicle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• 🤝 Building strong relationships with customers and delivering an exceptional vehicle buying experience
• 🚘 Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicle across the MG, GWM and Geely model range
• 🔑 Conducting engaging vehicle presentations and test drives while confidently explaining features and benefits
• 💰 Managing sales opportunities, negotiating confidently and closing deals
• 🎯 Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• 📞 Managing customer enquiries and providing consistent and timely follow-up throughout the sales journey
• 👥 Working collaboratively with the wider dealership team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• 📝 Maintaining accurate customer records and completing sales administration requirements
• ⭐ Delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance
• 📈 Identifying and maximising sales opportunities across three exciting automotive brands

You don't necessarily need extensive automotive experience — we're looking for someone with the right attitude, sales drive and commitment to succeed.

You'll ideally be:

• 🚗 Passionate about the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• 🎯 Motivated, results-driven and genuinely excited by achieving targets
• 💰 Financially driven, with a passion for negotiating and successfully closing deals
• 🗣️ A confident communicator with strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• 🤝 Customer-focused and capable of building long-term relationships
• 🔥 Self-motivated, resilient and willing to take ownership of your results
• 👔 Well presented, professional and committed to personal and team success
• 💻 Organised and comfortable using computer systems, with strong attention to detail
• 📈 Focused on continuous improvement and exceeding customer expectations
• 🕒 Available to work late nights on Wednesdays and a half-day on Saturdays

• Current WA Driver's Licence
• Vehicle Salesperson's Licence, or the ability to obtain one
• Previous dealership or automotive sales experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right candidate
