About the role
Ozcar Pty Ltd Lansvale is one of the largest Used Car Dealerships in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful fast paced Motor Group with an outstanding Admin team, with an immediate start. The hours for the position are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5.00pm.
Key responsibilities
Registration of all stock cars
Renewals and Transfers
Notice of disposals
Reconciling CTP statements
Liaising with RMS
Plate Swaps
Reconcile receipts and payments made to RMS
Updating road worthy certificates
General admin duties
Monthly Stocktakes
About you
Previous experience as a Registration Clerk
Excellent time management and attention to detail
A positive and enthusiastic Team player
Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of the Automotive industry is highly regarded
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Licence and own transport essential
