Purpose of Position:

As an Educator at TH7, you will have a crucial role in coordinating clinic activities to ensure the delivery of exceptional services in line with our vision, mission, and policies. Your responsibilities will include maintaining our corporate identity, fostering a cohesive environment, and delivering outstanding customer service. Being a TH7 educator not only impacts the lives of others but also helps in advancing your own education and training. At its core, every TH7 team member is expected to be a leader in the industry, demonstrating an exceptional understanding of our mission, our offerings, and the evidence base that supports them. Through continuous engagement with our innovative TH7 learning platform and training modules, educators are equipped with the essential skills and knowledge to excel as educators and industry leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and ensure completion of administrative tasks.
• Manage front desk operations including bookings and inquiries.
• Provide expert guidance on equipment and protocols.
• Supervise equipment usage and perform maintenance as required.
• Provide expert instruction on protocols and the benefits of equipment to clients.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development relevant to our business and offerings.

Experience & Qualifications

• Current first aid and CPR Certificate
• Strong customer service skills
• Adequate interest in TH7 and its offerings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
