About the role
The construction division at Redink Homes is expanding! We are seeking a talented Client Experience Coordinator to help client's dream homes come to life.
Be a go-to for clients throughout the construction phase of their home-building journey. Facilitating clear communication, confidence, and consistency, to deliver exceptional customer service from site start through to handover. You'll support clients throughout their journey as their key point of contact for enquiries, providing regular updates, and providing client focused solutions.
Taking ownership of a portfolio of clients, you'll be responsible for managing communications, coordinating timelines, and ensuring a smooth flow of information, representing Redink's building experience. Along the way, you'll build lasting relationships with clients, Construction Supervisors, and key internal teams including Scheduling, Drafting, Estimating, and Client Experience.
This position enhancing your experience in balancing competing priorities, managing expectations, and enhancing your attention to detail to deliver a positive construction experience.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Osborne Park (38 hours per week), with the option to participate in an RDO scheme.
Main Responsibilities
Acting as the key point of contact for Redink Home clients during the construction phase
Assisting with client queries or concerns, providing regular updates on the construction process.
Work closely with Site Supervisors, Construction, Drafting, and Pre-Start teams
Coordinate on-site meetings and milestone walkthroughs
Prepare and manage variation orders, extension notices & relevant documentation
Organise and lead the handover experience
Ideal Skills & Experience
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or exposure to the construction industry
Ability to apply residential building knowledge to clearly communicate building contracts, plans, specifications and timelines.
Well organised, adaptive and high attention to detail within a fast-paced environment
Great customer service and communication skills to provide a quality experience for the clients, suppliers and subcontractors
