About Us

Hi There! Thanks for seeing our job ad and checking us out, we're a digital agency, with a difference. Before we get into the serious stuff, we wanted to introduce ourselves. Here are some points that may help you understand us a little bit better. 

1. At OP Digital Solutions we use ‘we’ instead of 'I' after all, teamwork makes the dream work!

2. We all own dogs, so if you're a cat person, this job isn't for you (totally kidding, please apply still!)We have a table tennis table and a pool table at work (some team members are more competitive than others)

3. We have a no ‘d***head policy' with our clients, they're all great! However, if you ever feel like someone has been rude, racist, discriminatory, sexist or made you feel uncomfortable, please bring it to our attention. You won't be responsible for the next steps, we'll take care of that.

4. We all love coming to work and genuinely enjoy each other's company. This is huge for us, we want an environment that makes you happy and able to flourish in!

5. We place good people ahead of prior roles and skills. Naturally, experience is great, and we appreciate that, but we also understand that it's highly unlikely for someone to be well-versed in all of the elements that we would ideally like. So, don't rule yourself out if you're one or two points shy of the suggested requirements.

Now that we have completed a little intro about ourselves, let's outline this role and what we are looking for! 

Desirable Duties and Experience (again, don't rule yourself out if you're not an expert at all, we can always upskill you, and you can learn!)

We've decided to go ahead and place particularly valuable traits, in bold. 
 

• You're about to finish, or have finished a University degree that is focused on one of the following; PR, Communications or Marketing (if it's something else that you feel could be relevant, that we haven't thought of, please let us know, also if you're just a star and haven't completed any of the relevant degrees, still apply!)

• You're truly exceptional at building and maintaining relationships

• You're addicted to social media. 

• Your gramma and writing skillz need to be pwetty sharp, after all, you'll be writin captionz! (I hope the irony of this sentence is appreciated)

• Ability to strategise, record and edit TikTok's and Reel's. 

• We're not after an experienced candidate, we think it's foolish to think that you're going to come with experience, you've only just finished university! What we do require, is a willingness to learn and a willingness to develop and be moulded.

• Be a good human. Our company culture is built off of good relationships and good people, without this, we wouldn't have a business.

• Be an effective communicator. It goes a long way, both for our clients and for us!

• You'll need to demonstrate pretty impressive organisational skills within this role, as many accounts require calendars and deadline dates.

• I know we've mentioned this a little earlier, but… you genuinely need to be obsessed and captivated by TikTok and Instagram!
