Job description:

The Sales Coordinator will provide high-quality support to Honda's national dealer network and sales teams by processing sales orders, maintaining accurate records, and responding to dealer enquiries relating to credits, product availability, and order supply. Ensures efficient order management and delivers exceptional customer service across all stakeholder groups.

Profile description:

How you'll make an impact

• Process and manage product sales orders accurately and within agreed timeframes.
• Provide exceptional support to Honda dealers and internal stakeholders regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery tracking.
• Support sales campaigns, promotions, stock management, and supply activities across the dealer network.
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and third-party finance partners to ensure timely product dispatch and order fulfilment.
  Process dealer return claims, credits, and price adjustments, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain key business systems, including DealerNet and Salesforce, while providing first-level support and administration.
• Coordinate reporting and administrative support for Retail Business Managers, assisting with sales performance monitoring and business operations.

What you'll bring to Honda

• Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to present information effectively.
• Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities.
