Senior Manager, Strategic Delivery

What's the role?

As Senior Manager Strategic Delivery, you'll be part of the Strategic Delivery Squad, a small, senior team focused on solving some of Consumer's most important strategic questions. You'll create the commercial insight that helps shape where the business invests, grows and creates value, identifying which opportunities and risks matter most across customers, products and channels. Working across Business, Finance, Data & AI and Transformation, you'll lead commercial analysis on complex strategic priorities, translating insights into a clear view of opportunity size, risk and trade-offs that leaders can act on. 

You'll partner closely with business and finance stakeholders to establish a shared fact base and deliver recommendations that drive lasting impact.  

This is a permanent opportunity based in Sydney, with flexible hybrid working arrangements. We're currently seeking two Senior Managers to join our Strategic Delivery Squad, helping shape the strategic decisions, investment priorities and future direction of Consumer.

What do I need?

• Strong commercial finance, business performance or strategic analysis capability, ideally gained within banking, financial services or another complex, customer-focused environment.
• Strong commercial acumen across customer outcomes, P&L, unit and channel economics, scenario modelling and business cases, with the ability to quantify value, risk and strategic trade-offs.
• Advanced analytical, modelling and visualisation capability, comfortable working hands-on with complex data to form and test hypotheses, challenge assumptions and uncover opportunities, trends and signals others may miss.
• Proven ability to translate complex analysis into clear, commercially meaningful insights and recommendations that influence strategic decisions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, incomplete data and evolving priorities, while building trusted relationships across Businesses, Strategy, Finance and Data to establish a shared view of the facts and mobilise action
