Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Consultant - KIA

Heartland Motors Castle Hill is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Consultant to join our Kia team.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who is driven, confident and ready to lead from the front.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience in automotive vehicle sales
• A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills
• Experience managing internet leads and digital enquiries
• The confidence to lead, motivate and support a busy sales team
• Strong commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset
• The initiative to identify opportunities and solve problems
• A professional, energetic approach and a genuine passion for cars
• Previous management or 2IC experience will be highly regarded

Working closely with the Sales Manager, you'll play an important role in driving the performance of the Kia sales team.

You'll help:

• Drive sales performance and achieve dealership targets
• Coach, motivate and support Sales Consultants
• Lead by example on the showroom floor
• Maximise enquiries, appointments and vehicle sales
• Ensure customers receive an outstanding experience from enquiry through to delivery
• Monitor and follow up internet and showroom leads
• Identify opportunities to improve team productivity and results
• Help create a positive, high-energy sales environment
