Pay: AU$35.00 – AU$40.00 per hour

Part-Time Dental Receptionist – Double Bay

We're looking for a friendly, organised Dental Receptionist to join our small, welcoming practice in Double Bay.

This is a part-time role, working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday most weeks, supporting one dentist in a relaxed, patient-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

· Greeting patients and making them feel welcome

· Booking and managing appointments

· Processing patient accounts and HICAPS claims

· Managing incoming & outgoing emails and reports

· Preparing and sending referrals

· Ordering stock

· Overseeing outgoing and incoming dental lab work.

· Helping keep the practice running smoothly with general reception and admin duties – We use Oasis Dental software

We'd love to hear from you if you:

· Have experience in a dental reception role (preferred)

· Enjoy working with people and providing great customer service

· Are organised, reliable and able to manage your day independently

· Have good computer skills and attention to detail

· Have experience with Xero for a small payroll (2 employees) – this would be a bonus, but isn't essential
