About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and action emails.
Save and organise documents received by email.
Keep client files organised and up to date.
Create opportunities in Mercury Nexus CRM.
Send clients the Client Portal and CashDeck links.
Check client documents and make sure everything required has been received.
Follow up on missing documents and information.
Complete AOL data entry and keep information accurate and up to date.
Complete servicing calculations.
Submit lender pricing requests.
Order property valuations.
Follow up on valuations when required.
Assist with preparing loan applications.
Check applications and documents before submission.
Upload documents to lender portals.
Follow up with lenders on applications.
Liaise with other Mortgage Broker Assistants.
Liaise with lenders, clients and other parties as required.
Keep the Mortgage Broker updated on loan applications and any issues.
Assist with general loan processing and administration as required.
