Easey's is on the lookout for an experienced Kitchen Manager or a senior Supervisor looking to make the step up. You will be rewarded for your experience, your hard work and passion for delivering the best streamline kitchen operations.

Easey's operates kitchens in many different locations, we have been at it for 11 years and have an incredibly established team with a wealth of experience. They have been under a great leader and we are now looking for someone to step into those shoes. 

The ideal candidate will be either someone with kitchen management experience or at a high level supervisory position looking for a jump. You will receive a long hand over period and be taught the ropes before being given autonomy to take the kitchen to the next level. 

In the role you will be expected to maintain or manage the following: 

• Day to day service operations of the kitchen

• Rostering (Deputy)

• Stock ordering 

• Workforce/kitchen team staffing requirements including staff acquisition 

• Team management

• Preparations schedule

• Cleaning schedule

• The accuracy of recipe execution
