Cook Assistant All Rounder

It would suit a Uni student that loves cooking. Experienced cook or Baker , or food lover wanted for sourdough pizza shop in Clarkson to work alongside owner helping work and to manage the shop when the owner isn't there. You will be making pizza dough, doing prep, making pizzas during service, serving customers, keeping the shop tidy and overseeing other staff. We're a small shop so you need to be happy to pitch in and help out when needed. This is a casual position to start with, approx 12-15hours/week with the option of part-time hours for the right applicant. We are open Wed-Sun 5-9pm so you must be available during those hours. You must: - be an Australian citizen or have PR. -have fluent written and spoken English, this is non negotiable. - have the ability to follow recipes and work independently - have experience cooking/handling food in a commercial capacity - Be able to work quickly and efficiently. - be comfortable supervising less experienced staff - Live close to Clarkson and have reliable transport Award rates to begin with.
