Pizza & Prep Chef

Does pizza sauce run through your veins? Are you a born pizza maker? A dough stretcher? An oven maestro? A lover of all things pizza? Then we want you.

You'll need to have had some experience in a commercial kitchen, a decent tolerance for heat, and ideally a real love of Italian food. This job is physical and moves fast — service gets hectic — and you'll need to be comfortable safely operating and reaching our deck oven. We need a cool head who can focus under pressure without losing an eye for detail.

We're building a genuine reputation for some of the best pizza around, and we care deeply about the product and the experience we give people. Happy to train the right person up from a base of commercial kitchen experience.

This is a full time position, 5 nights per week - Thursday through Monday. Hours are 2pm - 10pm. Please do not apply if your availability does not coincide with this schedule.

Job includes prepping dough & other ingredients before service - and making pizzas during service.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
