Pizza Chef

Whitelakes Brewing is a state of the art brewery overlooking Lake Walyungup in Baldivis, WA. We are undergoing an extensive re-build and looking to add to our opening team.

We are looking for an experienced person to take charge of our pizza section who has a passion for good pizza, even better dough and thrives under pressure.

The Role

Working alongside our experienced and passionate kitchen team, you'll prepare authentic, hand stretched pizza's that we want to be known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking pizzas to a consistently high standard
• Managing the pizza section throughout service
• Preparing dough and sauces
• Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
• Supporting stock control and minimising waste
• Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team
• Contributing ideas and seasonal specials where appropriate

About You

You'll be a reliable, organised chef who enjoys working as part of a professional team.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience as a Pizza Chef in a quality venue
• Confidence working with high-volume service
• A passion for traditional Italian cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Pay: $70,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
