The Role

Pizza Chef

This role suit chefs who take pride in technique, enjoy working with fire and dough, and thrive in energetic, service-driven kitchens.

If you have the following experience, we want to hear from you!

1-2+ years' experience as a pizza chef or pizza cook

Confident hand-stretching dough, topping and cooking pizzas

Experience working with wood-fired ovens

Ability to top and cook pizzas with speed, consistency and care

Strong communication skills and a genuine team-first attitude

Professional, reliable and detail-oriented

Comfortable working in high-volume and alfresco kitchen environment

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Culinary team in all aspects of service and food preparation. Focusing manly on Pizza operations.

• Run and oversee Pizza section with confidence.

• Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation standards

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements

Salary Range

$70,000 – $80,000, dependent on experience and qualifications

Employment Conditions

• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required

• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)

• Flexible availability essential, including nights and weekends

• Proposed Start Date: August/September 2026
