Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Pizza Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong experience with hand-stretched dough and wood-fired ovens, and is confident leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires a clear, calm leader who can maintain high standards while fostering a positive and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas using hand-stretched dough techniques
• Operate and manage a wood-fired oven safely and efficiently
• Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and timing of all pizzas
• Lead and support kitchen staff during service
• Ensure a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
• Assist with prep work, dough preparation, and inventory management
• Maintain composure and clear communication during high-volume service

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a pizza cook
• Strong experience with hand-stretched dough
• Experience working with a wood-fired oven
• Ability to lead a team effectively and calmly
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work full-time hours, Wednesday through Sunday
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
