You’ll play a key role in delivering consistently high‑quality food across preparation, cooking, and presentation. Working closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams, you’ll help ensure smooth service and exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.

• Prepare, cook, and present pizzas, including making pizza dough to a consistently high standard

• Ensure quality control from preparation through to service

• Demonstrate correct cooking techniques and mentor team members

• Maintain clear communication with management, kitchen, and wait staff

• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards at all times

• Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced kitchen environment

You’ll bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine passion for food, along with:

• Must have experience in high volume pizza making

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Reliability, punctuality, and professional presentation

• The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role is essential
