Executive Assistant - Medical Devices

The Role

An opportunity to support senior leadership within a global medical device organisation. This is a highly visible role combining executive support, event coordination and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars, appointments and meetings across multiple time zones
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation and transport
• Manage executive expenses and monthly reporting through Concur
• Coordinate leadership meetings, including agendas, presentations, minutes and action items
• Take ownership of major annual team events and offsites, including events of up to approximately 100 attendees
• Manage event logistics including venues, catering, bookings and virtual meeting arrangements
• Prepare presentations, reports and executive communications
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage purchase orders and associated event administration
• Maintain organisational charts, distribution lists and other operational documentation
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

About You

• 5+ years’ experience across Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Sales Administration and/or Event Coordination within a fast-paced, global organisation
• Energetic, can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and continuously improve
• High level of professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Experience using Concur
