Property Manager

Momentum Property is looking for a Property Manager to join our North team.

We’re looking for someone who knows property management, takes ownership of their portfolio and enjoys working autonomously, but also values having a strong team around them.

You’ll be joining a growing Canberra agency with experienced Property Management leadership, operational and administrative support, and a team focused on working together and delivering a high level of service to our clients.

You’ll be responsible for managing your own residential portfolio, including:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Coordinating maintenance, lease renewals and rent reviews

• Routine, entry and exit inspections

• Arrears management and tribunal preparation where required

• Staying across legislative requirements and portfolio deadlines

• Maintaining accurate records and clear communication

• Providing a high level of service to your clients

We’re not looking to overcomplicate it. We want a Property Manager who is organised, reliable and confident in managing their day.

You’ll need:

• Previous residential Property Management experience

• Current ACT Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Good knowledge of ACT residential tenancy legislation

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach

• Current driver’s licence

$80,000 – $100,000 + super, (depending on experience), plus a motor vehicle allowance.

You’ll also have strong operational and administrative support, approachable leadership, ongoing training and development, and the autonomy to manage your portfolio without feeling like you’re doing it alone.
