Experienced Water Bore Offsider

The Role

Working alongside our Water Well/Bore Driller, you'll play a key role in supporting safe and efficient drilling operations across WA sites. Your responsibilities will include:

• Rod handling and general offsider support during bore drilling

• Mixing drilling fluids and additives

• Assisting with casing, screening and grouting of bores

• Rig mobilisation and demobilisation between sites

• Assisting with routine maintenance and basic repairs of drilling equipment

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe worksite at all times

• Active participation in pre-starts, safety meetings, JHAs and Take 5's

• Working long shifts in hot, physically demanding environments

This is a hands-on role requiring a strong work ethic, resilience and commitment to safety.

Essential Requirements

• HR Driver's Licence (highly desirable)

• Previous experience as a Driller's Offsider or in a highly physical role (drilling, mining, civil or construction)

• Strong understanding of safety procedures and site protocols

• Current National Police Clearance

• Current First Aid & CPR certification

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

• Australian working rights

• Available for immediate start

• Perth-based
