Full Time Weekday Barista | National Library of Australia

We are recruiting for a full-time weekday barista and cafe all-rounder at the National Library of Australia. This position includes weekdays only, no weekend work. If you'd prefer to work weekends though, we can adjust our rosters to suit.

About the Role

• Make coffee and tea to a high quality and appearance,
• Take orders and enter in POS,
• Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming,
• Beverage stocktake and ordering,
• Help and support the team on the floor when required.

• $64,000 - $66,000 salary on offer based on your experience

About you

• 1+ year Barista Experience
• High level of coffee machine knowledge and the proven ability to train and mentor other baristas
• Exceptional knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
• Latte Art
• Experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Currently residing in Canberra

Pay: $64,000.00 – $66,000.00 per year
