About the Role

We're looking for an organised, proactive and highly professional Executive Assistant to join our team in Maryborough, QLD.

This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. While you’ll provide high-level support to our senior executive team, you’ll also manage our front reception, assist with office coordination and provide backup payroll support when required.

If you enjoy variety, take initiative and are comfortable wearing a few different hats, this could be the role for you. From executive diaries and Board administration to welcoming visitors and assisting with payroll, you’ll play an important role in keeping our leaders organised and our office running smoothly.

Your days will be busy and varied, and will include:

• Coordinating executive diaries, emails, meetings and travel.
• Preparing correspondence, documents and presentations.
• Coordinating Board papers, agendas, minutes and action items.
• Managing travel arrangements for executives and Board members.
• Welcoming visitors and managing front reception and general enquiries.
• Coordinating meeting rooms and supporting day-to-day office requirements.
• Assisting with company events, office supplies and general administration.
• Providing backup support for Australian and New Zealand payroll.
• Maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
  
  

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re organised, approachable and confident managing a varied workload. You take initiative, communicate professionally and can be trusted with sensitive and confidential information.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Office Coordinator or in a similar senior administration role.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and anticipate what is needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional, friendly and welcoming approach.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous payroll experience or exposure to payroll processes.
• Experience supporting senior executives or a Board.
• Australian and New Zealand payroll experience would be highly regarded.
