We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing and Office Administration Assistant to join our team based in Caboolture, QLD. This is a unique and important role that combines digital marketing coordination with office administration support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

As our Digital Marketing and Office Administration Assistant your main responsibilities will be to:

• Create and schedule digital marketing campaigns across multiple social media channels including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

• Assist in the creation and distribution of bi-monthly promotional newsletters

• List new products on our website while ensuring accuracy and relevance of the information

• Assist in the production of shelf talkers, instore marketing materials, and product labels

• Provide general office administration and telephone support, including filing

• Assist with data entry, database management, and record-keeping when necessary

• Provide administrative assistance to management as required

About the Company

We are a family run business and one of Australia’s largest independent aquarium retailers. For over 14 years we have been looking after the needs of fish hobbyists throughout Australia, both through our online stores, and at our retail warehouse in Caboolture. We stock a wide variety of fish supplies and livestock for both marine and freshwater systems, as well as pond and reptile products. We run a fish adoption program approved by the Department of Environment and Fisheries, where unwanted aquarium fish can be bought into the store for rehoming, rather than being released into local waterways or destroyed.
