About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Enterprise Change to join UTS at a pivotal time of transformation. This newly created opportunity will play a critical leadership role in supporting the evolution of the University Portfolio Management Office (UPMO) into a Strategic Portfolio Office, driving enterprise-wide change that advances the University's strategic priorities.
About the Opportunity
The Head of Enterprise Change provides enterprise leadership and specialist organisational change expertise across UTS. The role supports the University to prepare for, adopt and sustain strategic change, enabling the successful delivery of the University's strategic priorities.
The role supports the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the University's enterprise change frameworks, governance practices and organisational readiness approaches, promoting a consistent and evidence-based approach to organisational change across the strategic portfolio. It provides analysis and insight into organisational readiness, cumulative change impacts, enterprise capacity and adoption risk to support informed executive and governance decision-making.
About You
We are seeking a passionate and strategic leader who has a strong understanding of enterprise governance, portfolio management and organisational readiness within complex organisations.
As the successful candidate, you will also have;
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Organisational Change, Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a related discipline
• Professional certification in organisational change management (e.g. Prosci, CCMP, APMG Change Management or equivalent) (desirable)
• Professional qualification or certification in project, program or portfolio management (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, PMBOK, Agile, SAFe or equivalent)
• Proven experience providing guidance, coaching and coordination to multidisciplinary teams, project teams or change practitioners
• Extensive experience providing strategic advice, analysis and assurance support to Executive leaders, governance forums and senior decision-makers
• Knowledge of strategic planning, organisational capability, benefits realisation and adoption practices
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, building alignment across diverse stakeholders to support enterprise outcomes
• Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear strategic advice and recommendations

Remuneration
A competitive remuneration package, including an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation, will be on offer to the successful candidate.

This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a continuing basis.
