Commerical Counsel | Multinational Technology Company | Sydney

We’re supporting a leading multinational technology company in the search for Commercial Counsel to join its business on a 6-9 month contract.
This role is ideal for commercially minded lawyers with strong experience across commercial contracting, consumer-facing matters, privacy and/or competition law, who enjoy working closely with business stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Location: Sydney (In-Office)Employment: ContractDuration: Approx. 6 to 9 monthsStart: ASAPCommitment: 4–5 days per week
Key areas of work:
• Supporting the consumer business on commercial contracting matters• Advising on trade promotions and marketing activities• Providing advice on consumer and competition law matters• Advising on personal data and privacy issues• Supporting the business on a broad range of day-to-day commercial legal matters• Working closely with senior stakeholders and business teams across the organisation
We’re keen to speak with lawyers who have:
• 5+ PQE with strong corporate/commercial or commercial contracting experience• Experience advising on consumer, marketing, competition and/or privacy matters• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused advice• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills• Sydney-based and comfortable working in the office at least 4 days per week
