What You'll Be Doing
Greeting residents and visitors with genuine warmth (and great chat!)Helping with day-to-day enquiries, parcel deliveries, guest check-ins, and move-ins / move-outs, including inspectionsKeeping our front-of-house and communal areas clean, safe, and looking sharpSupporting resident events and helping bring community engagement ideas to lifeAdministrative support, managing email queries and community inboxes, CRM updatesAssisting with leasing questions and tours for prospective residentsSharing your best local tips to help residents settle into life in South Melbourne
What You'll Bring
Experience within a customer facing role. Experience in hospitality, retail, front desk / concierge or similar roles highly desirableA passion for helping people and creating a positive community vibeFantastic communication skills and a naturally upbeat, helpful attitudeConfidence using Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systemsComfort with occasional physical tasks and safe manual handlingAbility to complete Police and Working With Children checks
